Tens of thousands of art lovers descended to downtown Lake Worth in Palm Beach County between February 24 & 25 for the Lake Worth Street Painting Festival 2018. More than 600 artists painted on the pavement to the eyes of onlookers who wouldn’t stop taking photos of grandiose street arts, only to vanish for ever in the days after the festival weekend.
The city’s downtown got packed for the annual festival. With music on the mainstage, restaurants, shops, a festival food court and bistro, all added to the excitement and people sure got caught up with the thrill of a unique festival that did not fail to produce amazing works of art.
All paintings were made of chalk and the pavement was used as the canvas.
